14-day money-back guarantee

If OrderHue Pro doesn’t work for you, email support@orderhue.com within 14 days of your first purchase, ideally from the address you bought with (otherwise tell us your licence key or order number), and we’ll refund you in full. You don’t need to give a reason, though it helps us improve.

• Renewals: we’ll also refund an automatic renewal if you ask within 14 days of the renewal date.
• How: we’ll issue the refund within 5 working days of your email. Refunds are processed by Freemius, our reseller, back to the original payment method. Card refunds usually arrive within 5–10 working days after that, depending on your bank; PayPal refunds are immediate.
• After a refund: your licence key is deactivated, so Pro stops receiving updates and support.

Your statutory rights

If you’re a consumer, you also have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days; our 14-day money-back guarantee covers the same period, so just email us. Nothing here affects your other statutory rights, for example if the software isn’t as described.
